Lorient
This port for the far east then became a military port and has progressively given up both these activities. Now they are restoring the appearance of a maritime port to Lorient and the town is now turning to Tourism. Already the Interceltic Festival attracts more and more fans. The town was reconstructed after the Second World War which makes it a storehouse of 1950s and 1960s architecture.
