Oslo

Located at the innermost point of Norway's southernmost fjord, Oslo, a capital of over 700 000 inhabitants is a sprawling city with almost half of its geographical area covered by forest. In other words, between the sea and the trees, Nature has as much right to be here as man. In winter you can ski virtually from your doorstep, and in summer you can wander in the parks or sail in the fjord. Stress is an abstract notion here, a fact that nevertheless does not harm the economy's efficiency.
