You won't find much of the old house in this modern building. What does remain are the smells of the cuisine that is faithful to the region, yet loses nothing in creativity.

Verdure variamente farcite con panna cotta di mozzarella di bufala (estate). Ravioli rossi farciti con tonno su crema di piselli verdi, uova di quaglia e bottarga di tonno. Sella di cerbiatto su salsa di vino rosso e rabarbaro, lasagnetta di mela e timo, gnocchetti di ricotta.

Tutti i piatti sono stati molto graditi partendo dai bocconcini di coniglio fritti in pasta brick con ravanello in scorza nera e soncino passando per un risotto al pino mugo con speck croccante e piccione un secondo con filetto, patata con tartufo nero e zucchine in tempura. il dolce è stato un mix di 5 qualità...purtroppo era il menù di natale e certi piatti non credo siano uguali nel menù normale. Veramente un bel pranzo, tornerò al più presto.
