Kaimes Guest House is a Victorian Building, situated 15 minutes walking distance from Edinburgh city centre. We are close to the King's Theatre, Usher Hall, Edinburgh Castle and the famous shopping centre, Princes Street. We are ideally situated for you to see the sights of Edinburgh or enjoy the many clubs, pubs and restaurants that Scotland's capital has to offer. Here at Kaimes Guest House, you can be assured of quality accommodation combined with excellent service. The International Conference Centre is only a 5 minute walk from our guesthouse. We have 12 rooms which is a mix of family rooms, double rooms, single rooms and twin rooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated and most of them are en suite and have many facilities. We offer a choice of a full cooked or continental breakfast. We have an excellent bus service, which runs directly outside from the guesthouse and takes you to most of the major attractions E.G. The Edinburgh Castle, Museums, The National Galleries, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile.
