Church of St Lawrence - Nuremberg
Karolinenstraße D - 90402 Nürnberg
This Gothic Church (13-14C) was enlarged in the 15C with the addition of a large hall choir. In the nave, two masterpieces attract the attention - the crucifix on the pulpit and the Angelic Salutation by Veit Stoss. You will also see the Gothic ciborium to the left of the main altar. The artist, A Krafft, did a life-size self-portrait.
