Cathedral
Pl. José Eruino E - 39002 Santander
Perched on the hill, the cathedral looks more like a fortress. Badly damaged by a fire i 1941, it was rebuilt in the Gothic style. The baptismal font inside is actually a Moslem ablutions basin. The crypt dates back to the 12C.
