The church of San Juan de los Hospitalarios, founded in 1238, was built in the early Gothic style. It consists of a single nave surmounted by broken-barrel vaulting and of several chapels on either side of the aisles. A chapel on the Gospel side has walls covered with 13C frescoes. Another one contains an interesting 16C Renaissance altarpiece. Note also, on the Epistle side, the Baroque chapel (first one starting from the east end) and a beautifully carved 12C-and-14C Calvary (last chapel).
