The Prince Philip Science Museum (Museo de las Ciencias Principe Felipe) stands behind a huge triangular pool filled with turquoise water. The building, designed by the architect Santiago Calatrava, houses Europe's largest interactive museum. The carefully planned museum offers visitors the opportunity of making experiments and of familiarizing themselves with the world of science in a convivial way by raising their curiosity and interest. The main themes are: life, the human genome, space research, astronomy, sport, laser techniques, water, electricity and many others.
