Designed by architect Giacomo della Porta, this Cathedral was built between 1582 and 1593. Napoleon Bonaparte was baptised here in 1771. Outside, you will notice its very simple façade. Inside, you will see the hign marble altar surmounted by 4 black marble wreathed columns which were a gift from Napoléon's Sister, Elisa Bacciocchi
