Canal de Garonne
F - 31000 Toulouse
The canal de Garonne is 193km long and runs from the canal du Midi starting in Toulouse, at the bassin de l'Embouchure. It crosses the picturesque region of Frontonnois and Lomagne, full of vineyards and orchards. An unusual itinerary of 20km, starting from Toulouse, was opened to the public in September 2002. The path is studded with locks and offers cyclists the opportunity to cross the border into the department of Tarn-et-Garonne. You can also enjoy interesting hikes.
