Cathedral
Church Bank GB - Bradford BD1 4DZ
The battlemented exterior does not give the impression of a building, part of which dates back to the 1440s; the west tower with battlements and pinnacles dates from 1493. The church, which is dedicated to St Peter, was raised to cathedral status in 1919. The fine stained-glass windows were made in around 1862 by William Morris, Rossetti and Burne-Jones.
