Located in an attractive house lived in by Ang. Hatzimihali (1895-1965), a woman devoted to popular arts and traditions, the small Athens City Centre for Popular Arts and Traditions has collections of weaving and embroidery (coloured lace and embroidery), regional costumes, musical instruments, agricultural tools of past times, etc. A typical dwelling hut of the Sarakatsan nomads is reconstructed on the upper floor.
