On display here you can see a fossil of a mammoth, Roman relics (including the calendrier d'Amiterno), a section devoted to religious art containing multicoloured wooden statues, a silverware masterpiece, the processional cross of Nicola di Guardiagrele, and a Saint Sebastian in wood by Silvestro dell'Aquila. The museum is made up of a gallery charting the history of Abruzzi painting (15-18C) and a contemporary art department .
