2007 Rugby World Cup in Lyon

Lyon will be hosting 3 matches and will serve as base camp for the US team.  Several events will be organised on this occasion throughout the month of September.

Giant screen
 
In September, Place Carnot will be the setting of the rugby village (village de l'Ovalie): activities and broadcasting of matches.
 
On 20 October, the day of the World Cup Final, a giant screen will be installed on Place Bellecour and will broadcast, from 2 pm, documentaries on rugby and, at 8 pm, the final.
