2007 Rugby World Cup in Saint-Denis

Saint-Denis will be hosting 7 matches. Several events will be organised on this occasion throughout the months of September and October.

Don't miss
 
  • The 'Mêlée des Mondes' (World Scrum) big parade devised and directed by choreographer Philippe Découflé, which will group giant floats, standards, and musicians to celebrate rugby around the two hemispheres, North and South. 
 
  • Rugby Tour: workshops and mini-tournaments allowing you to discover rugby, its gestures, rules and values. From 4 September to 20 October, the pitch will be located on Place Victor Hugo, in front of the Hôtel de Ville.
 
  • 'Allez les petits!' exhibition in the Salle de la Légion d'honneur: allowing 4 to 11 year old children to discover rugby in a playful manner (open every weekend during the World Cup).
 

Giant screen
 
The Rugbycolor village will be located at Porte de Paris, close to Stade de France. Giant screens, free concerts, debates (as part of the Forum Mondial du Sport - World Sport Forum), exhibitions, cafes and restaurants await visitors.
