Situación.
No respetan las reservas para no fumadores.Ni lo advierten.Con 7 grados en el exterior y 15 grados en la habitación no ponían calefacción por "Normas del Hotel:Hasta que no haga más frío no se cambia a calefacción". Claro, si su inspector lovisita en pleno invierno o verano o se dará cuenta de esta "política" que evidentemente le debería eliminar de su guía o, al menos bajar su calificación o ranking. Otros hoteles de León por debajo de este en su guía no hacen pasar frío a sus huéspedes.
