After 15 years managing ""Le Bistro Gambas"" in Marseille, he decided to bring his experience and his passion for wine to Le Grand Puech. Sébastien Marquet, a former assistant to Guillaume Sourieu at l’Épuisette (Marseille), brings all of his talent to bear on the local seasonal produce, meat and fish that he uses as the basis of his delicious dishes.
