Geräumiges Wohnen auf hohem Niveau in exzellenter Lage. Im Haus sehr gutes Restaurant.
In drei von drei gemieteten Zimmern (Kategorie: Exklusiv) war die Dusche / die Duschtassentür defekt und das Wasser lief nicht ab (sondern in das Zimmer) und die Tür fiel einem entgegen. Scheint sich um einen wunden Punkt zu handeln.

Het hotel ligt midden in Metz, vlakbij de winkels en een meer. Goed verzorgd, met voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Ontvangst bij receptie zeer vriendelijk. Kamers comfortabel, badkamers idem (toilet apart). Naar onze mening zijn de kamers iets te zakelijk ingericht. Restaurant (ster in Michelingids) helaas volgeboekt. Ontbijt uitstekend verzorgd in aangename ruimte.
Betalen voor een parkeerplaats (€15 per auto)terwijl er volop parkeerruimte is en het hotel daarnaast behoorlijke prijzen hanteert. Het zou getuigen van gastvrijheid als het parkeren voor de hotelgasten gratis zou zijn.
