Il y a la presence d un ascenseur meme si il est de petite taille
la chambre: odeur de renfermer, pas de climatisation, mobiliers anciens, draps reches, fenetres simple vitrage donnant sur rue principale, mauvaise finition peinture et autres...La salle de bain: presence de poil et cheveux dans la baignoire, carrelages fissurés, mauvais état des joins de la baignoire.Parking: payant avec des horaires limités et obligation d appeler les propriétaires pour rentrer et sortir la voiture.Propriétaires: impression de déranger a la moindre demande (parking...)L entrée de l hotel ne reflète pas le confort des chambres (ecran lcd géant, agréable...)
