The U Tri Bubnu hotel is located in the historical centre of Prague, only 50 metres from Old Town Square, and faces the house where the famous writer Franz Kafka used to live. The building is itself listed as part of the UNESCO world heritage. The hotel is very popular among guests from all over the world for its central location and the tastefully styled rooms, some of them boasting wooden beamed ceilings. Within 1 minute you are at Old Town Square, famous for its Astronomical clock, at St Nicolas Church, at the Týn Cathedral and at lots of small and cosy bars, clubs and restaurants. All the other sights of the Golden City are as well easily accessible on foot. English, French, Italian and German audio guides for Prague city tours can be borrowed free of charge (subject to availability) at the U Tri Bubnu hotel. Laptops can be borrowed as well for free to make use of the complimentary internet access.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé (si vous êtes là pour faire du tourisme), en plein centre de la vieille ville de Prague : il est à quelques minutes à pied de la grand place du centre, en bordure de laquelle se trouve l'Horloge Astronomique. Il n'en reste pas moins très silencieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
La salle à manger où l'on prend le petit déjeuner est de très petite capacité : elle est donc surpeuplée aux heures de pointes. Le choix proposé pour le petit déjeuner est plutôt restreint.
