Lors de ma demande pour un tarif promotionnel, la responsable réservation c'est tellement énervé et a finir avec "je n'ai pas de temps à perdre avec vous" et puis m'a passé une bande qui annonçait les "qualités" de Mercure. Je n'ai pas pu réserver!
