Sono stato ospite dell'albergo per motivi di lavoro in più occasioni. Inizialmente ho sempre chiesto di segnalare alle autorità competenti che avevo acceduto alla ZTL con la mia vettura (per non avere sanzioni). Auto che peraltro ho sempre lasciato al parcheggio dell'albergo. Successivamente mi è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto comunque loro potendo immediatamente verificare la presenza dell'auto nel loro garage. Ebbene mi è appena arrivata una multa di 100 Euro per transito non autorizzato in ZTL e l'albergo si è detto non resp.le. Direi che l'assistenza alla clientela è a dir poco insufficiente.
