The owner of the hotel takes pleasure in playing with trends and styles. His cooking is a form of poetry, subtle but at the same time daringly assertive. A profusion of contrasting colours and flavours forming an astonishingly harmonious ensemble. Nestled at the end of a fine estate, the hotel has been fully renovated to produce a warm and contemporary feel. In order to offer our guests something special we regularly create an event by inviting artists to exhibit their works.²
