Her Gallic palate shines through in elegant dishes showcasing in-season ingredients from local markets. Highlights have unveiled smoked pheasant salad punctuated by dried cherries and earthy walnuts; or hazelnut-crusted salmon atop squid ink fettuccine. The all-French wine list has enough Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Chinon to make a satiated diner burst into song with the Marseillaise .
