Situated in the historic centre of this unique city, just 200m from the famous Santa Maria del Monte staircase, this restaurant is named after Giuseppe Coria, a passionate expert on local cuisine and the author of the cookery book “Profumi di Sicilia” (Flavours of Sicily) – the very same flavours that you’ll find in the cuisine here. In two simple, contemporary-style rooms, owner-chefs Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti, both of whom trained with Ciccio Sultano, serve confidently prepared and original cuisine which is far from ordinary.
