Le service parfait, entrée et desserts succulents

-Cons

Les plats, d'un rapport qualité prix juste bien..... Le vin, un Gevrey Chambertin 2001 pourtant, qui heureusement a fini par développer ses arômes après 1 heure de carafe, mais sans arriver à justifier la réputation de cette année.

Les entrées et amuse-bouche, les desserts: sublimes à l'oeil, surprenants délicats et délicieux en bouche. Le service, strictement parfait. Le cadre agréable(encore plus l'été, sans doute)

-Cons

Les plats: bons, certes, mais pas à la qualité correspondant au prix d'une telle table (200 euros pour 4 dont un enfant) et pas au niveau des entrées et des desserts. Le vin: un Gevrey-Chambertin de 2001 à 60 euros qui manquait de personnalité. Heureusement, le patron nous a proposé de le carafer, ce qui lui a rendu justice après 1 heure environ.
