Un accueil agréable et professionnel, un vin sud africain différent et agréable, une cuisson de l'agneau parfaite, un sorbet mojito très réussi. Un peu de simplicité mettrait en valeur la qualité des produits.

-Cons

Des plats déséquilibrés : une vinaigrette beaucoup trop puissante pour le tourteau, du poivron trop fort pour l'associer au foie gras, des anguilles mal saisies baignant dans le beurre, ananas en carpaccio qui mériterait d'être cru (comme un carpaccio) et non pas cuit dans un sirop trop sucré, une tuile brûlée (nous l'avons crue au chocolat). Un prix élevé (43 euros)
