Christophe Le Fur's cuisine could be described as current, creative, even progressive. He combines flavours and textures and explores all the possibilities offered by Armor and Argoat. This lovely contemporary inn certainly knows how to stand out from the crowd. The guestrooms also have character.

extra : les langoustines, les amuse-bouche, la limonade de fraise, les mignardises, le macaron au melon accompagnant le foie gras

-Cons

le foie gras fade et laissant un arrière-goût amer, ses toasts carbonisés, la cuisson du bar, le pigeonneau (fort, presque un pigeon) servi saignant alors que demandé explicitement bien cuit, ris de veau infect. du très bon, mais aussi du très mauvais : ne mérite pas son étoile au vu de ce repas.

cuisine vraiment excellente. tous les mets étaient d'une très grande finesse et vraiment très bien présentés. Le système de pré dessert, dessert puis mignardises pour terminer nous assure une belle finale. d'autre part un accueil très chaleureux et des serveuses très agréables.

-Cons

une très grande impression de déranger le sommelier qui devait avoir hate de terminer son service!!!!(alors qu'aucune demande ne lui à été faite) des mouches des mouches et encore des mouches dans la salle de restaurant!!! plus que très désagréable.
