At this rather grand establishment with two dining spaces, Gaststube and GnussStube, the wide-ranging menu includes simpler dishes and more sophisticated fare, plus vegetarian options. You can dine à la carte or opt for a set menu – the fine-dining set menu ("MundArt"), has to be ordered in advance. At lunchtime, a reduced à la carte selection and daily specials are available. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible. There is a decent wine list with a focus on Swiss labels. The waitstaff are friendly, attentive and well trained.
