STUTTNERHOF

Michelin Guide
Regional Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
It's no surprise that Stuttnerhof has so many regulars. Set in a gorgeous 17C winemaker's farmstead, the restaurant serves a combination of classic Heurigen fare and seasonal dishes, all prepared with care and flair. The appealing menu ranges from Schlutzkrapfen (pasta parcels) and stuffed cabbage rolls to corn-fed chicken breast and cordon bleu made from straw-fed pork, through to Topfenknödel (quark dumplings) with roasted apricots. The dishes can be accompanied by wines from the region and from the Stuttner family's own vineyards. Diners are treated to warm service in the cosy dining rooms with pretty tiled stoves; in summer, the tables in the garden are particularly inviting.
