Tucked away in a quiet residential neighbourhood is a tiny restaurant which, thanks to the success it has enjoyed over the years, usually requires a booking. Around twenty seats inside and a few tables outside during the warmer months provide the setting for an original and ever-evolving culinary offering. The starting point is Chinese ravioli, but the cuisine extends far beyond this, following the concept of a ‘migrant’ gastronomy that blends Asian, Mediterranean, French and Italian influences, while maintaining strong ties to the Emilia-Romagna region. Examples of this include dishes such as Mora Romagnola pork in Peking-style or pink Adriatic prawns marinated in mirin and soy sauce.
