In the quiet neighbourhood of Núñez, housed in an inconspicuous corner concrete building (there aren’t even have any signs), Ness presents itself as a rather unique restaurant, ideal for an informal experience and a good time. This original establishment occupies a huge industrial loft with a small bar area and then, behind a curtain, a large space that strives to break down the physical barriers between the kitchen and the dining room. Head chef Leo Lanussol is dedicated almost exclusively to the grill, although the kitchen is equipped with a grill, oven and griddle for a more immersive experience. This obsession with grilled cuisine is evident from the starters to the desserts, with dishes designed for sharing (portions are quite large) and the possibility of ordering half plates. They are very careful when it comes to the ingredients they use, which usually change with the seasons!
