The dining room is nestled amongst the manor’s labyrinthine sprawl and has an intimacy which contrasts with the magnificent Tudor Great Hall where guests can enjoy a pre-dinner drink. The ambitious tasting menu offers attractive dishes with occasional creative touches, such as a standout dish of rabbit with lovage and saffron.
