This is an ode to Limburg products that are given every opportunity to shine. Whether the chefs are giving langoustines a boost with a “Limburg” bouillabaisse or accompanying local lamb with oriental seasonings such as a pastilla of lamb neck with spices, you can expect refined dishes with lively and cosmopolitan nuances that accentuate the local richness.
