This smart restaurant on the first floor of The Woodward hotel boasts high ceilings and mesmerising views of Lake Geneva, with the bonus of an idyllic summer terrace. Created by Alain Verzeroli and helmed by chef Olivier Jean, formerly of L’Atelier Robuchon, its contemporary seasonal score, founded on textbook classicism, is delicate and veggie-centric. Top-notch produce, spot-on technique, exquisite plating and a wide choice of vegetarian and/or gluten-free dishes. The restaurant also serves an exceptional breakfast and afternoon tea.
