Sit at the marble counter to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen, as they craft a kaiseki-style tasting menu which could include such creations as rosemary and nori focaccia or pink bream crudo flavoured with the cross-cuisine combination of blood orange, Sicilian pesto, umeboshi and anchovy. The electric atmosphere and on-the-ball service enhance the experience.
