Located opposite the stage door of the Théâtre des Célestins, this compact restaurant has a narrow dining area that flows seamlessly into the fully open kitchen. The dishes, rooted firmly in the seasons, focus on fresh local produce such as Arctic char, and fruit and vegetables from the Monts du Lyonnais. These delicious recipes, developed by Jean-François Têtedoie, go down a treat, as do the prices. As for the wine, the restaurant partners with the adjoining wine cellar.
