The Michelin Guide's review
This restaurant, which has already tasted success in the capital of Gran Canaria, is embarking on a new chapter at the luxurious Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa. The goal? To add to the already diverse culinary offerings and offer an even more indulgent experience. The restaurant is found in an interior courtyard with large windows overlooking it, opting for a minimalist aesthetic and with chef Germán Ortega, a man who cooks with his soul to create memories, always highlighting local flavours. Proof of this is that many fruits and vegetables arrive daily from the Veneguera farm, located in Mogán and managed by the Lopesan Group. You'll find three tasting menus whose names reflect unique spots on the island: Ansite, Amurga, and Temisas (a vegetarian option). We particularly enjoyed the Pigeon soup with chickpeas, a dish featuring three distinct preparations that blend tradition with cutting-edge cuisine.
