The interiors, adorned with contemporary artworks, provide the backdrop for a culinary experience that takes the form of two tasting menus: ‘My City’, a personal tribute to Milan, and a more free-flowing journey, guided by the seasons and the inspiration of the moment. The result is a contemporary cuisine that is precise and rich in flavour, successfully combining creativity and balance, as seen in the roast lobster on bone marrow with saffron sauce, served with a courgette flower stuffed with seasonal vegetables and basil.
