This neighborhood bistro run by a young French chef has a classic decor that is given a lift by the light fittings, orange banquettes and a 1980s playlist. From the large blackboard on the wall, you get a sense of the chef's respect for the seasons, even as he seeks to surprise his guests. The Arctic char crudo is boosted by an invigorating and spicy leche de tigre; the cod meunière is accompanied by a tasty prawn cream. Polenta gnocchi with mushrooms from Québec are the chef's specialty. Customers bring their own wine bottles. The restaurant is open every evening, seven days a week.
