Le Stollberg

Classic Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
This charming little restaurant is run with a very personal touch by chef-patron Anette Huber. She serves up good-quality, fresh cuisine that takes its cue from the seasons and draws on French and Mediterranean influences – think sea bass fillet with fennel, tomato ragout and white bean cream, or beef bourguignon with pumpkin spaetzle and mushrooms. The friendly, well-drilled front-of-house team provides astute wine recommendations. Tip: The appealing lunch menu is great value for money! Opposite, the bistro Le Petit Stollberg serves light bites during the day.
