The Michelin Guide's review
Jiang Nan Chun, meaning ‘springtime in Jiangnan,’ is borrowed from a four-line poem of the Tang dynasty. The chandelier with its plum motif symbolically echoes this poem of early spring. From its perch on a high floor of a tall building, the restaurant offers sweeping views of the Osaka cityscape. The chef, a native of Hong Kong, exercises his talents in traditional Cantonese cuisine. Deferring to yum cha tradition, dim sum is served at lunchtime only. Seasonal fare, served prix fixe only, is a delight.
