Here, amid sparkling Venetian chandeliers, elegant mosaic floors in shades of blue and large windows overlooking the coast, the atmosphere is that of a sophisticated seaside residence. On milder days, the panoramic terrace adds a touch of magic, offering a spectacular view of the Adriatic.In the kitchen, chef Michele Panzarini reinterprets the culinary heritage of Puglia and Italy with a contemporary sensitivity, while preserving its essence. The dishes, prepared to order, showcase the quality of the ingredients and the value of tradition. A standout dish is the seafood soup, enriched with scallops and shellfish, followed by a pasta dish served in the rich, flavourful broth from the soup. The finale is a tribute to classic haute cuisine: a light soufflé finished at the table with flambéed Grand Marnier and served with a velvety quenelle of vanilla ice cream. A dessert that on its own is worth the journey.
