The Michelin Guide's review
An impressive early 20th-century art nouveau property in the Old Town plays host to this large restaurant with a spacious front terrace and a distinct Nordic style. The seasonally changing menu comprises modern dishes that are made up of numerous elements and combine many flavours and textures in great harmony. Seafood, such as smoked eel with oysters, velouté and Spruce needles, is a strength – sourced from local and northern waters – and the produce is displayed on ice in the middle of the room and explained to diners as they arrive. The champagne selection provides a noteworthy accompaniment.
