Surrounded by lush greenery, the one-storey colonial building houses an airy dining room with full-length windows. It is done out in a palette of yellow, gold and green hues, with wood details and rattan furniture. The menu is Cantonese and Sichuanese – the latter tweaked for rounded flavours. Try the Kung Pao chicken for its juicy, tender meat in a savoury-sweet sauce and a mild kick. Exquisitely crafted dim sum is served at lunchtime only.
