A longstanding family-run restaurant that has grown in size and comfort since its move to the bustling Plaza de Martí y Monsó, one of the main tapas areas in this provincial capital. It now boasts a terrace, tapas bar where there is never a lack of atmosphere (in both spaces you can enjoy a selection of individual small snacks, such as the baby squid roll in its own ink, with lemon and piparra chilli pepper, and the “three little pigs” featuring suckling pig with ajoblanco, ponzu and pibil), and a glass-fronted kitchen that is immediately visible on the way to the contemporary-style dining room. The contemporary-inspired menu includes dishes such as Ravioli with snail bolognese, basil and ham velouté, and the tasty “carrillera de ibérico” with pear, cardamom, fresh herbs and mustard.
