Since the beginning of 2024, Sandra Apflauer and Marcus Doller have operated their restaurant as a hub for foodies, wine lovers and art enthusiasts, pulling out all the stops for their guests. The cuisine is modern and seasonally inspired; the menu features dishes such as salmon trout from Oberwasser fish farm, white wine, kohlrabi, hazelnut and suave chilli, or crispy straw-fed pork roast with beer jus, bacon and cabbage salad, and bread dumpling. Main courses can be ordered as Tapas Schmankerl (small tasting servings) or in standard portions. In addition to the à la carte selection, there is the five-course "DINE Winzer Menü". The sleek, modern interior is decorated with artwork, and the idyllic, verdant garden terrace is a true city highlight. At the small Speak Easy Bar, you can enjoy classic or trendy cocktails, as well as their signature drinks.
