No ordinary dining destination, this tastefully designed little restaurant is housed in the elegant Mount Med Resort. In a section of the building that dates back 850 years, diners are served a surprise menu (classic or vegetarian) in a lovely old vaulted cellar with only four tables. Phillip Schnabel is responsible for the culinary side of things and creates contemporary dishes showcasing select ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship.
