There are plenty of reasons to stop off at this historical inn (1785) located in the heart of the old town – the cosy and relaxed atmosphere, the friendly and experienced team, the wonderful food… In the evening, the concept is a surprise set menu comprising three courses (a vegetarian version is also available), to which you can add an extra dish and/or a dessert. A supplementary cheese course is also available. The extremely dedicated chef brings a personal touch to the service, and his passion for wine is palpable, not least in his excellent recommendations drawn from the nicely curated wine list with a focus on German estates.
