The Michelin Guide's review
From Dinan onwards, the Rance becomes wider and wider until it reaches the Châtelier lock. Through a series of stretches of water, the boat makes its way down the river, carved out between lush green hillsides. It passes the Rance dam lock, then the Bizeux rock, the Pointe de la Vicomté and the Corniche d'Alet (St-Servan-sur-Mer). St-Malo and Dinard can be seen on the horizon.
